-Are you currently working full time as professional chef within the restaurant or catering industry in Australia?

-Does your current place of employment hold a liquor license?

-Have you completed the nationally recognised qualification of Certificate III in Hospitality-Commercial Cookery, OR have you worked as full time chef for a minimum of three years? References must be provided.

-Are you an Australian citizen or permanent resident?
