One of our favourite parts of the program is when we meet our finalists, a group of between 25-35 highly talented culinary professionals, whom have a thirst for knowledge and a genuine love for what they do. That first meeting is when our team and the judges are able to put a face to a name and discover more about them at the beginning of ther journey with us. No matter what happens after the judging, each of them are provided with some fantastic ways to increase their skills in a variety of ways.

Recently, we were asked what the program does for people entering the program and for the establishments they work for. We love to hear these questions as it gives us the opportunity to explain what we strive to achieve. Essentially, the program exists to support the hospitality industry young guns to help them in their chosen career whether it be as a waiter, chef or restaurateur. We genuinely want to see this industry succeed on every level. After all, we are part of this industry too!
