By the time I am 35 "…I aspire to owning and operating my own successful restaurant. I wish to focus on using the best local produce to create not only a taste bud extravaganza but a total fine dining experience of enjoyment.
I plan for the chefs and kitchen staff to be more involved with the customers. I feel this is important to ascertain customers’ opinions regarding their overall experience of their visit, and also to provide an opportunity to educate patrons regarding the produce and cooking styles used.
